It's hard not to like this guy. Blago shuns impeachement trial for big-time media blitz


The embattled Governor of Illinois is taking a break from reciting poetry, telling cowboy stories and jogging through the snowy streets of Chicago in order to tell "his side of the story" on national television.



In addition to the appearance on "Good Morning America," Blagojevich also was scheduled to appear on "The View" and "Larry King Live." An interview he did with NBC's "Today" show also aired Monday morning.

How long before he's the featured guest on Saturday Night Live?
